By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible while respecting our accommodation availability.
Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel free of charge within the period specified at the time of booking (usually 14 days before arrival).
Late Cancellation: If a cancellation is made after the free cancellation period, a partial or full charge may apply (depending on booking conditions).
No-Show: If you do not arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice, the total booking amount may be charged.
Each booking confirmation includes the specific cancellation terms applicable to that reservation.
If you choose to leave earlier than your reserved dates or request booking changes:
Refunds are not guaranteed for early departures.
Any change in stay dates is subject to apartment availability and rate differences.
We recommend contacting us directly to discuss possible adjustments.
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.
Please note:
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Transaction fees charged by third-party platforms are non-refundable.
Some promotional rates or last-minute offers are marked as “Non-Refundable.”
These bookings are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances unless required by law or exceptional conditions.
In the event of unavoidable situations such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, or other emergencies, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
